The company PONTICELLI ANGOLA, a subsidiary of the Ponticelli Frères Group, is recruiting as part of its projects to lead and oversee large-scale industrial construction projects.

We invite you to join us on a technical support contract. The position is based in Angola.
The position we are offering involves the following main responsibilities :
1/ HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY & ENVIRONMENT (HSSE)
- comply with, implement, and enforce the Safety, Security, Health, and Environment principles, rules, and instructions of the PONTICELLI Frères Group ;
- ensure full control of the project with respect to safety and security, and actively promote the Company’s HSE culture among project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
2/ PROJECT EXECUTION & TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
- act as the guarantor of technical standards and quality throughout project execution ;
- ensure the project is delivered in compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and applicable standards ;
- coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore, and commissioning activities.
3/ COST, SCHEDULE & CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
- ensure full control of project costs, schedule, and contractual milestones ;
- carry out project budget monitoring, financial management, and invoicing with the Client (and any partners when applicable) ;
- manage contractual follow-up with the support of the Contracts Department ;
- prepare cost estimates, negotiate, and manage Change Orders, additional works, and contractual claims.
4/ TEAM & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
- lead and coordinate project teams, support functions, and material resources ;
- ensure effective communication and coordination across all project disciplines ;
- select subcontractors and vendors in compliance with company procedures and project requirements.
5/ RESPONSABILITIES AND DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY
- commit the Company to the Client on project deadlines, technical compliance, and quality ;
- take responsibility for project reviews and key development milestones, including both documentation and equipment deliverables ;
- validate overall project execution with the subsidiary Head of Projects during project reviews, as well as in situations involving major difficulties or significant changes to the execution strategy.
