The position is based in Angola. 1/ PROJECT PLANNING & CONTROL * ensure implementation and compliance with Project Control procedures related to planning, cost control, progress measurement, and reporting in line with company standards ; * establish, maintain, and control the integrated project baseline (schedule, man-hours, costs, milestones) ; * develop and manage the detailed project schedule covering engineering, procurement, fabrication yard activities, offshore construction, and commissioning ; * validate schedule logic, critical paths, and milestone integrity. 2/ PROGRESS MONITORING & PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS * monitor project progress, identify deviations, trends, and potential risks, and propose corrective actions ; * ensure consistent and reliable progress measurement methodologies across all disciplines and project locations ; * produce and analyze progress curves, performance indicators, and Earned Value Management metrics. 3/ COST CONTROL & REPORTING * coordinate cost control activities in close collaboration with the Cost Controller, including budget monitoring, forecast at completion, and variance analysis ; * prepare and validate periodic internal and client project control deliverables in accordance with contractual requirements ; * support project reviews and participate in progress meetings with the client. 4/ MANAGEMENT SUPPORT & INTERFACES * support the Project Manager in decision-making by providing accurate forecasting and scenario analyses ; * interface with engineering, procurement, construction, offshore, and commissioning teams to consolidate planning and progress data ; * support change management by assessing schedule and cost impacts related to variations and change orders. 5/ RESPONSABILITIES AND DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY * full ownership of the project planning and control framework, including methodologies, tools, and standards ; * authority to challenge planning assumptions, progress reporting, and performance data provided by project stakeholders ; * key contributor to project reviews, management reporting, and client progress meetings.
