PBS (Ponticelli UK Ltd) are looking for a Service Supervisor on a 3/4 Rota who will be responsible for leading and coordinating all support activities related to maintenance operations at the offshore installation and preparation of vendor work scopes from six-week plans, emphasising safety leadership and ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance activities, whilst driving initiatives to continuously improve safety and operational performance.
Key Deliverables:
01. Provide safety leadership across all site activities to model and enforce preferred safety behaviours aligned with PBS Safety Culture Program.
02. Manage all maintenance activities within assigned scopes of work to ensure safe and efficient execution at the site.
03. Support and report on maintenance activity progress and performance to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
04. Manage manpower working in support of maintenance activities to ensure optimal resource allocation and performance.
05.Drive initiatives to continuously improve the culture toward Safety, Health, and Environmental issues to enhance overall site safety.
06. Ensure all materials, permits, and equipment are in place for the safe execution of campaign scopes, while effectively managing all logistical needs.
07. Identify and analyse recurrent corrective maintenance interventions and suggest improvements to optimise maintenance processes.
08. Provide daily and weekly reports on key activities and progress to the Site Representative and onshore Asset Management Team.
09. Collaborate with the Site Representative and discipline leads to ensure the forward plan is achievable and aligned with project timelines.
10. Implement LEAN principles on-site to enhance efficiency while minimizing administrative burdens and maximising safe execution of activities.
