We invite you to join us on a technical support contract. The position is based in Angola. The position we are offering involves the following main responsibilities : 1/ HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY & ENVIRONMENT (HSSE) * comply with, implement, and enforce the Safety, Security, Health, and Environment principles, rules, and instructions of the PONTICELLI Frères Group ; * ensure full control of the project with respect to safety and security, and actively promote the Company’s HSE culture among project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. 2/ PROJECT EXECUTION & TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT * act as the guarantor of technical standards and quality throughout project execution ; * ensure the project is delivered in compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and applicable standards ; * coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore, and commissioning activities. 3/ COST, SCHEDULE & CONTRACT MANAGEMENT * ensure full control of project costs, schedule, and contractual milestones ; * carry out project budget monitoring, financial management, and invoicing with the Client (and any partners when applicable) ; * manage contractual follow-up with the support of the Contracts Department ; * prepare cost estimates, negotiate, and manage Change Orders, additional works, and contractual claims. 4/ TEAM & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT * lead and coordinate project teams, support functions, and material resources ; * ensure effective communication and coordination across all project disciplines ; * select subcontractors and vendors in compliance with company procedures and project requirements. 5/ RESPONSABILITIES AND DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY * commit the Company to the Client on project deadlines, technical compliance, and quality ; * take responsibility for project reviews and key development milestones, including both documentation and equipment deliverables ; * validate overall project execution with the subsidiary Head of Projects during project reviews, as well as in situations involving major difficulties or significant changes to the execution strategy.

We invite you to join us on a technical support contract. The position is based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Within Oil & Gas projects in Nigeria, the Lifting Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all lifting operations on site, both onshore and offshore. The role ensures full compliance with HSE requirements, project specifications, and international lifting standards while operating in a high-risk environment. The position we are offering involves the following main responsibilities : 1/ SUPERVISION & COORDINATION * supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site (onshore and offshore), * act as the focal point between construction teams, methods engineering, HSE, and project management, * coordinate lifting activities with other disciplines and contractors on site. 2/ ENGINEERING & PREPARATION * develop and review lifting plans in close cooperation with the methods and preparation teams ; * define and validate lifting procedures in accordance with Oil & Gas project constraints ; * select and approve appropriate lifting equipment and technical means (cranes, rigging gear, accessories). 3/ HSE & COMPLIANCE * ensure full compliance with HSE policies, local Nigerian regulations, and international standards (API, ISO, LOLER, etc.) ; * perform risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for lifting operations ; * lead toolbox talks and actively participate in site safety meetings. 4/ TEAM MANAGEMENT * supervise, train, and mentor lifting personnel (crane operators, riggers, banksmen) ; * ensure personnel competency, valid certifications, and compliance with training requirements. 5/ INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE * carry out regular inspections of lifting equipment and lifting accessories ; * ensure lifting equipment certification and maintenance records are up to date ; * prepare and issue incident, inspection, and maintenance reports. 6/ OPERATIONAL FOLLOW-UP * plan and schedule lifting operations in line with project timelines ; * manage unforeseen situations and resolve technical issues related to lifting activities ; * optimize the use of human and material resources throughout project execution. 7/ COMMUNICATION & REPORTING * maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors ; * provide regular activity and progress reports to project management.
