We invite you to join us on a project-based contract. The position is based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Playing a key role in delivering profitable project opportunities, with regard to PNL projects, the Tender Manager (M/F) will be responsible for costing, preparing budgets, preparing bids and providing clarifications until the award. The Tender Manager will be familiar with the general specifications and requirements of Oil&Gas EPC and Offshore projects. He will always be mindful of, and never compromise, our Health, Safety and Quality values and procedures. The position we are offering involves the following main responsibilities: * examine tender documentation, including operational provisions, technical specifications, and commercial requirements; * liaise with suppliers, partners and all internal departments involved in the tendering process and define respective deliverables; * define/propose technical solutions, methodologies, execution strategy and draft work schedules; * perform cost calculations and project budgeting; * prepare and submit the technical and commercial proposals, according to client requirements and company’s guidelines; * liaise and attend meetings with the client throughout the entire bid cycle; * produce reports and maintain complete records throughout the bidding process to ensure approval, traceability, and ultimately efficient handover to project teams; * be involve in business development activities from time to time e.g. social media marketing activities, or conference and trade show attendance; * manage relationships with Customers, on the tender clarification stages; * manage the tender strategy to meet Customer requirements; * prepare, Issue and follow-up tenders, pricing/cost spreadsheet and clarification with related documentation management and filing/archiving; * proper distribution/collection of documents during Preparation/ review/Negotiation of Tenders; * ensure that per each tender, a Peer Review is properly carried out; * liaising with Technical, Contract and Procurement Dept. for advice on : o method statement and technical solutions; o services/Subcontractors’ selection and management until the finalisation of the agreement; * liaise with Planning & Risk Manager for Tender Risks.

We invite you to join us on a permanent contract. The position is based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The position we are offering involves the following main responsabilities: 1/ QA/QC ACTIVITY * manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specifications, and QMS requirement; * improve quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization; * manage the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operations activities including: o plan duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules; o establish service standards for end users (internal department or external customer); o identify and develop QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs; o provide leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel; o take full responsibility for hold-point releases once all QMS functions have been completed and the equipment is ready to go into the next work stage. * develop and implement risk-based inspection (RBI) activities and processes; * manage plant integrity through a failure analysis reporting system and following up on recommendations; * oversee supervision of all visual inspections and NDE, including 3rd party subcontractors; * manage inspection, NDE, and testing plans for new construction, repair work, and alterations; * identify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies; * manage construction processes, plant equipment, inspection and NDE personnel certification and QMS internal audits. 2/ WELDING ACTIVITY * manage all welding procedures and qualifications and testing; * analyse welding requirements for specific projects ensuring the any already approved in house procedures are acceptable and generate new procedures specific to project requirements and needs; * responsible for the coordination of multiple projects and manage external test laboratories : classify societies and notify bodies with regard to welding procedures their approvals and testing; * provide technical support with industry standards and specifications such as ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, AWS, BS EN, plus any other relevant standards which may be required; * manage and control of all materials and consumables for welder testing and procedures; * coordinate failure analyses and root cause analysis on welding related issues if required; * set up and control and maintenance of a welder data base.

Vous souhaitez développer votre expérience d'Ingénieur d'Etudes Automatisme (H/F) et ainsi participer aux transformations du monde dans un groupe familial qui œuvre à fournir aux hommes ce dont ils auront toujours besoin : l’énergie, la santé, l’eau, l’alimentation et la sureté, dans le respect sincère de la planète et de ses collaborateurs. Nous proposons de nous rejoindre en CDI. Le poste est localisé à Lyon (69). Vous serez amené à participerez aux projets de l’ensemble des agences EGI Au sein de notre bureau d’études, vous interviendrez sur les phases d’avant-projet, de suivi des travaux et de suivi de mise en service (tests d'E/S, de supervision) et de réception, en participant à la conception, la définition de systèmes et la validation technique des systèmes numériques de contrôle commande. Nous n’intervenons pas dans la saisi et le codage des systèmes de programmation. Le poste que nous vous proposons s’articule autour des missions suivantes : * Réaliser les analyses fonctionnelles (détaillées ou non) selon les besoins client. * Définir et concevoir les architectures matérielles et logicielles des systèmes automatisés (automates, réseaux, interfaces). * Définir les configurations systèmes. * Rédiger les spécifications techniques matériels. * Rédiger les documents d’avant-projet (schémas fonctionnels, synoptiques, liste d'entrées/sorties, Grafcet, schéma ladder, matrice de sécurité, définition des boucles de sécurité SIL, etc). * Participer à la revue de conception avec les clients et les équipes internes. * Participer aux revues HAZOP et ADR des projets. * Assurer la cohérence technique entre les différents lots (process, électricité, instrumentation, etc.). * Apporter un soutien technique lors des appels d’offres ou des avant-projets. * Etude comparative technique et commerciale des offres fournisseurs. * Réalisation des protocoles de tests, suivi des essais et mise en service. * Réception et vérification chez le fournisseur/client (FAT/Tests plateformes/SAT). * Suivi des contrats, du planning des études et de la réalisation des installations sur site client. Votre activité devra s’appuyer sur une relation fonctionnelle forte et solide avec tous les responsables des différents centres EGI ainsi que les autres spécialistes métiers (procédés, EIA, génie civil/structure...). Votre réussite à ce poste passera par une période d'intégration. Le poste que nous vous proposons s’articule autour des principales missions suivantes : * piloter et coordonner en tout sûreté et sécurité les activités opérationnelles de maintenance chez notre client ; * garantir la disponibilité de nos équipements en organisant : la maintenance préventive, curative et améliorative ; * organiser, diriger et conduire les activités de vos équipes ; * rédiger et valider les fiches d'écart ; * gérer le budget du chantier ; * établir les constats d'achèvement des travaux ; * rédiger les Rapports de Fin d'Intervention (RFI) ; * rendre compte au Responsable du Contrat ; * contribuer à la mise à jour des plans et des dossiers techniques ; * garantir la bonne fin technique.
